This work began after seeing how every aspect of my life shifted when I trained and worked with my breath for a year. My asthma, allergies, acne, inflammation, anxiety, chronic stress, lack of motivation… even confidence, public speaking, and relationships changed. Everything took a 180° turn thanks to my own breath, this basic function always with us.
I am a certified, trauma-informed pranayama & breathwork facilitator from Venezuela, with an approach that is both functional and transformational, focused on real impact on the nervous system, mindset, and energy.
Since 2021, I’ve guided over 600 people through classes, workshops, and 1:1 sessions (online + in person) in Spanish and English, helping them access calm, focus, and clarity on demand.
How crucial it is to understand ourselves from the inside! Using a tool that is both scientific and ancestral. For the last 5 years I've not stopped learning, exploring or practicing.

How we'll do it:
To begin the shift of a long-term physiological pattern, we work across your entire internal system:
1. Habits:
2-month training period (and beyond) of deeply looking at your breath, sleep, digestion, movement, and recovery patterns.
2. Motivation:
Every session is an examination of your beliefs, identity loops, and presence. We will also work on these through guided exercises and additional resources.
3. Knowledge:
All breath work sessions include theory, covering themes of: nervous system and respiratory literacy, self-assessments, CO₂ tolerance, airway efficiency, and more.
We cover key areas of life, bringing experienced workshops to support you on the repatterning journey.
