It is statistically known that 8/10 people aren't breathing correctly. Surprising? Not really. Almost everyone out there is holding a dysfunctional breathing pattern created through years of overstimulationmisinformation.

Timeline:

Please read each secction carefully. We will have 5 live 75min sessions of theory and practice, 2 week of self-practice, and a final 75min integration assessment and checkpoint call at the end. You will have access to all materials for 60 day after completion.

+ one 30 minute follow up and reassessment call at the end of the 6 weeks

  • The Lab begins by measuring together your initial Body Oxygen Level Test (BOLT) and the Maximum Breathlessness Test (MBT).

     

    Then, we will have a conversation about the group's goals, then habits and lifestyle. Although I already would know a bit from your application form ☺︎

     

    The first experience is a warm-up, focused 3-part breathing, and breath-hold session.

    SUMMARY:

    • Lifestyle foundations (food, sleep, movement, recovery)

    • Build your weekly practice system

    • First 3-part + breath-hold sequence

    • Nasal-clearing mini lesson

  • Our overlooked (and feared!) friend, CO2 tolerance is the key to naturally having longer, slower breathing.

     

    We will develop it through a training session to learn how to breathe more softly, extending our breath up to one minute = one breath.

    This is what most people miss when they practice breathwork, out there, it is not so promoted how the more you master breathing slower and softer, the more your body will naturally breathe better! (more efficiently, healthier)

  • Through both my personal experience and years of guiding, I've observed that most individuals either don't bother with creating a full, powerful breath or solely focus on creating intense breaths to "feel more".

     

    This experience is about unlocking your respiratory muscles and strengthening the muscle-mind connection while understanding the importance of balance.

     

    This is the key to breathwork as an effective tool to define your muscles and accelerate body recomposition. Did someone say "abs through breathing"? YES! completely possible, tested, and proven.

    Breathing stronger is for everyone, but not in the same way for everyone. For example, pregnant women, highly sensitive people, and those with heavy-acute asthma are to lower the intensity to respect their bodies' needs, but can still learn and engage with the deep core respiratory muscles. That is why in the Lab we focus on building high levels of proprioception.

  • By now, you already have the tools, knowledge, and awareness to apply an effective self-practice.

     

    You have already been following your Practice Plan and updating it throughout the process.

     

    This period is crucial because it will give us clues about what you naturally gravitate towards (and where you might need extra work).

    • “What’s changing in your identity?” check-in

     

    You will have community support, and I will be available via MSN (Our Slack portal) Monday to Friday.

    Your reflections and what you notice during this week are the roadmap for how to show up in the future!

  • You probably have seen it. The videos of people sucking their belly all the way in and talking about this magical and cleansing technique, the hypopresives.

    It's called Uddiyana Bandha, and it is one of the few things people online are preaching that actually works.

    Where most people get stuck is believing their body has to already look a certain way to start engaging in the exercise.

    During this experience, we will work on learning how to do it in your body! (all bodies welcome!) You will learn a variety of poses to get you started with this life-changing method.

    SUMMARY:

    • Intro to abdominal vacuum

    • Pressure management

    • Hollow body work

    • Diaphragm release session

    • Mobility + interoception

  • Phew! You have already experienced your breath from all different angles, baseline, soft, strong, long, short, breath holds, deeper breath holds. Congratulations!

     

    Now it's time to - consciously and prepared, experience the mighty circular breath. Known for its intensity and potential, the circular breath is the protagonist of many modern breathing schools: Transformational, Rebirthing, Holotropic, Psychodelic, just to name a few. 

    There's a lot that happens in the mind and nervous system during a circular breath session, internal conversations, epiphanies, release, some people get mental images of things, see colors etc

     

    By now, you will notice yourself already as a different person; a more attentive, calmer, sharper version of yourself. This session is a meeting with yourself, coming from an already prepared canvas. You will have all the tools, awareness, and knowledge to receive what you need from it.

    SUMMARY:

    • Emotional thresholds and safety

    • Guided deep session

    • Processing + grounding

    • Identity loop 2: “Who am I now?”

  • Enjoy a second week of integration and practice on your own terms, supported by me and the group.
     

    Place your intention in testing how you will show up in the future, after having begun the work of repatterning your breath.

    • Habit reinforcement system

  • During this call we will reflect, measure once more your BOLT/MBT scores, and have a last session focused on the one-minute breath.

     

    By now, you will have the tools and experience to continue training your breath on your own, plus you will already be taking steps towards your ideal version of yourself in terms of habits, diet, sleep, and exercise.

    We will both be very sad because the training period is over, but also so very happy because your breath will already be well set to continuously improve.

     

    You will feel calmer, more present, more organized, and in control of your INternal atMOSPHERE.
