To begin the shift of a long-term physiological pattern, we work across your entire internal system:

2-month training period (and beyond) of deeply looking at your sleep, digestion, movement, and recovery patterns.
2. Motivation:
Every session is an examination of your beliefs, identity loops, and presence. We will also work on these through guided exercises and additional resources.
3. Knowledge:
All breath work sessions include theory, covering themes of: nervous system and respiratory literacy, self-assessments, CO₂ tolerance, airway efficiency, and more.

Claudia Figueredo is a researcher and practitioner in holistic health, certified as a vedic counselor by Ayurvedic Healing Institute with over 17 years of experience. Her work is grounded in formal training across meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedic philosophy, including certification in Primordial Sound Meditation and initiation in Kriya Laya within the Himalayan Vedic tradition. Drawing from Yoga, Vedānta, Jyotish, and Ayurveda, she supports individuals in cultivating self-knowledge, sustainable habits, and personal transformation aligned with their inherent constitution.

Ximena is a Mexican eco-philosopher with a BPhil and MPhil in Ethics. With over a decade of work across individual, organizational, and international contexts, her practice focuses on helping people think clearly about power, systems, responsibility, and meaning. Her work is rooted in philosophy, critical theory, and ecological thought, and oriented toward lived experience rather than ideology. Today, she guides thinkers, seekers, and changemakers in unlearning inherited paradigms and rebuilding their capacity for coherent, ethical thinking in a complex world.

Jari is a Functional Patterns® practitioner and founder of Deep Health Club. With a background in long-term strength training and movement study, his work focuses on biomechanics, gait mechanics, posture, and efficient force transmission. His practice applies Functional Patterns principles to address joint loading, structural balance, and movement coordination across daily and occupational demands. Today, he works with individuals and organizations to improve physical resilience and long-term functional capacity across ages and ability levels.
